Three Pharm was established in 1994 (100% Romanian capital), with a well-stated aim to impose itself on the Romanian technico-medical and parapharmaceutical market as a strong and reliable partner. Since our start up, we?ve been an official distributor for some of the world?s leading companies, trading only premium products. The 15 consecutive years in this specific market represent a warranty of our success. Our management system was officially rewarded in 2005 when Three Pharm obtained its TUV Certificate for Quality System Management in conformity with SR EN ISO 9001:2000. Some other strong points we can enumerate: our large product and customer portfolio; the products are already well known by customers and end users; our customer oriented goods in stock policy (including buffer stock); our human capital, which we consider the most important asset we have. In order to achieve excellence in our relationship with customers, we are ready to enlarge our sales team with additional qualified and enthusiastic people. Thus, we are looking for:


in the following cities: Tg Mures, Bucuresti, Timisoara, Iasi, Cluj Napoca, Brasov, Oradea. The vacancies are for the following brands and divisions:
Covidien (former Tyco Healthcare)
Surgical division
Medical division
3M Medical division
Aesculap Surgical division
WRP Surgical division (only gloves)

Descrierea postului

? You will handle day-to-day projects and tasks specific to the position (promote products to customers, managing sales support, monitoring the market including the competitors and so on),
? Upon appointment and after product training you will be assigned your key accounts,
? Reporting to the sales manager, your role will be to manage the key accounts in your area,
? Most of your key accounts will be state owned hospitals and clinics, but also private medical practices, pharmacies and individual end users,
? Although your focus will be the key accounts, you will seek new streams of revenue through new business hunting


? Strong specific knowledge related to healthcare business market (tender participations, familiarity with physician customers in health care facilities etc. would be a plus)
? Strong sales background (experience in techno-medical / parapharmaceutical products would be a plus)
? At least 1-2 years in a similar position
? University degree: engineering, medicine or pharmacy
? Relationship and strong communication skills (including negotiations)
? Result oriented, analytical and strategic thinking
? Entrepreneurial profile, business oriented person, team spirit
? Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
? Computer literacy (Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet)
? Clean driving license and willing to travel

Due to a well established supplier?distributor chain management, all our sales team members have access to a strong network, which assist them in reaching the sales targets. Training and certifications are strongly encouraged and rewarded. The notebook, mobile phone, company car, mobile internet connection, national and international training programs are not seen as bonuses, but as tools of trade. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to work in a small (around 25 employees) but very efficient company. Our standards are set very high, and are as rigorous as in the multinational companies in pharma business.
