-formulate and execute Country Business Strategy -setting up a team of IT experts and employees -planning, implementing, controlling and continuous improvement of technical infrastructure-Developing, updating and monitoring the information technology strategy plan according to the present and future organisational needs, objectives and technological developments -Managing the IT budget -Liaising with IT business partners to identify present and future business needs in order to develop the appropriate network infrastructure, operational tools and support systems.-Ensures integration of IT services within Group’s companies -Reports to European HQ and BOA -Manages all operational problems related to the good and efficient functioning of the company -Lead the implementation of IT European projects in the country-Cooperate with other country managers
Cerinte
-Strong experience in IT consulting and services -Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Banking industry would be an advantage -Relevant management experience -Experience of managing integration and convergence of different IT & technology infrastructures Managing the IT budget Excellent planning, organizational and budgeting skills -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Fluent in English-University degree in Computer Science or similar related field, or equivalent professional experience
