Descrierea postului
If you want to join ING SSC as Junior Operational Administrator, you’ll:• check the validity of the proposal documentation (insurance questionnaires, quotation, needs analysis form, ID copy etc);• register and validate underwriting data;• check if additional information or more complex investigation is required in order to perform the risk assessment;• assess the risk for standard cases;• perform policy changes according to the business rules, contract provisions and procedures;• register data in the system and update the IT applications with the validated changes.
Cerinte
• Bachelor Degree;• Any work experience in a SSC is an advantage;• Languages skills: English & Czech/Slovakian • Computer skills;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Customer-orientation;• Team work;• Self-confidence;• Attention to details;• Analytical and logical thinking;• Fast learning;• Stress resistance;• Loyalty.
