Descrierea postului
If you want to join ING SSC as Team Leader, you’ll:• be in charge of supervising and managing large groups of Junior and Senior staff;• be responsible for keeping the Operational Management informed of all activities or any risks that may occur; • be expected to review and approve complex cases, special situations;• be responsible for handling situations for 3 or more countries (in 1 process) or handle 3 or more processes for 1 country;• be in charge to propose actions, to solve and prevent operational incidents;• be responsible for managing your team;• be responsible for business process improvement.
Cerinte
• Bachelor / Master’s Degree or equivalent;• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance; any work experience in a SSC is an advantage;• Languages skills: English & Czech/Slovakian – advanced • Computer skills;• Medical knowledge • Good leadership skills (motivating, coaching, feedback and delivering results with the team);• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Customer-orientation;• Team work;• Courage and self-confidence;• Attention to details; • Analytical and logical thinking.
