• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the company services;• Develop and execute sales plans to accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives;• Insures that every member of his/her team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes;• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team;• Build prosperous and enduring customer relations;• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with his team to build motivation and selling skills;• Works together with the Management team to provide a high quality standard service for the local customers and to share new initiatives and ideas;• Participation to seminars and conferences;• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees;• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team;• Sets examples for the sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits;• Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up;• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Cerinte
• 5-7 years of experience in sales management in companies with more than 10 mil EUR turnover;• Proven track record in B2B sales of top of the range services, preferably in the financial industry;• Experience in large, complex organizations;• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;• Excellent presentation skills;• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams;• Proactive and participative;• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion;• University degree: Preferably in Business Administration with a strong financial background;• Excellent sense of business, proactive and dynamic person;• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to take decisions;• Perfect command of Romanian; good verbal and written command of English mandatory; German and FRENCH is a plus;• Good organizational and planning skills;• Willing to travel all over Romania;• Driving license mandatory• Good PC Skills.
