Responsabilities:- Management of project plan;- Management of project budget:- Management of project organization;- Manages all project related organizational issues (e.g. project space, meetings, documentation) in such away that project activities can be performed effectively and efficiently;Tasks:- Creates clear project plans with realistic objectives in cooperation with the people involved in the projectand seeks actively for approval of the plan;- Monitors progress and budget actively against the project plan and reports accordingly;- Seeks actively contact with project stakeholders in case of major deviation;- Motivates and informs project members in order to achieve project objectives;- Advises project owner / sponsor on possible alternatives, other benefits or solutions within or after theproject;- Managing project activities of all project members (IT and non-IT);- Manages medium sized and larger projects that involve one or more operational departments;- Anticipates in project planning on uncertainties and risks;- Cooperates with and advises actively IT department members including IT Manager;- Cooperates with project members from operational departments including managers of operationaldepartments;- Cooperates with staff from external suppliers;- Gathers information, reviews relevance of information and analyses problems independently;- Uses new information fast and efficiently and makes use of feedback to improve;- Creates support for ideas through lobbying with stake holders;- Supports other persons in the team in sharing all opinions and arguments and helps bringing those arguments in the same direction;- Recognizes critical factors and dares to take decisions even if the risks are unclear;- Makes decision in active cooperation with others and asks for feedback and acceptance of the decision;- Gives feedback to others on efficient and clear expressing their opinion and coaches them using examples;- Sets measurable and realistic goals and monitors the progress;- Anticipates on and understands client needs and objectives;- Has an overview of the activities of his/herself and others and monitors the progress accurately;- Makes independently proposals and takes actions to realize high quality of products and services and regularly asks feedback on the quality;- Performs other relevant duties as delegated by the direct supervisors;
Cerinte
- Wide experience in larger project organizations;- Experienced in managing budgets;- Detailed knowledge of at least one project management method andglobal knowledge of other project management methods;- Solid knowledge of IT development methods and IT processes;- Knowledge of processes within financial institutions;- Good communication skills;- Flexibility.
