For our client, one of the leading global suppliers of office products and services, we are looking for an AP Operations Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for managing the AP team. The ideal candidate should have:•Finance and/or Accounting and/or Economics•8 years General experience in Accounts Payable/General Accounting•5 years people management experience•MS Office, knowledge of high-end applications/data bases like SAP, JDE is highly desirable•Strong problem solving, interpersonal and financial analyses•Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers required •French at an intermediate levelThe main responsibilities are:•Manages a group of team leaders •Ensures the SSC teams are motivated and focused •Manages the pan-European AP operational activities of the SSC teams in strict coordination with the countries•Reviews and recommends policies, procedures and KPI improvement, in coordination with the countries•Works in close collaboration with the Center’s Operations Managers.•Cascades the management decisions and ensures the requested actions are implemented accordingly•Provides input for the SSC projects•Takes ownership and implements the assigned projectsThose interested can apply online or send their CV’s to luminita.cristea@bmr.ro
