In 1990, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) was established by taking over the commercial business of the National Bank of Romania (NBR). That moment marked the starting point of the new banking system creation in Romania. BCR has initially been focused on the corporate sector but in the recent years it has strongly developed its retail activities becoming the leader of this market sector as well.

BCR, member of Erste Bank Group, is today the most important Romanian financial group, with diversified domestic and international activities via subsidiaries and agencies, being an outstanding player of the capital, leasing, insurance and asset management markets through the specialised companies of the BCR Group. BCR owns domestic subsidiaries to cover the main non-banking financial services, namely insurance, leasing, asset management and brokerage. BCR owns also banking subsidiaries in London ? The Anglo ? Romanian Bank Limited, having a EUR 100 million share capital and branches in Frankfurt and Bucharest - and in the Republic of Moldavia - BCR Chisinau Branch, as well as a representative office in Moscow.

BCR is the leading bank in Romania, managing assets of almost EUR 12 billion. The bank has 473 branches and agencies throughout the country, with outlets in most towns and cities with over 10,000 inhabitants. The bank provides its customers with Internet banking, mobile banking and e-commerce services, has 22 types of debit and credit cards and owns the largest domestic ATM network ? over 1,300 ATMs and 9,800 points-of-sale terminals.

? Se ocupa cu recuperarea creditelor restante delegate
? Contacteaza clientii ce ii sunt delegati
? Efectueaza vizite clientilor aflati in portofoliul alocat
? Negociaza cu clientii rambursarea creditelor si incheie intelegeri in acest sens
? Monitorizeaza existenta si starea garantiilor
? Face propuneri cu privire la clientii alocati
? Propune, in concordanta cu procedurile interne, declansarea procedurilor de executare silita impotriva clientilor
? Investigheaza posibilele cazuri de frauda
? Colecteaza si expediaza documente solicitate, aferente cazurilor investigate
? Intocmeste rapoarte pentru cazurile de frauda investigate
? Completeaza scurte rapoarte de activitate
? Colaboreaza cu evaluatorii interni, executorii (interni sau externi) si consilierii juridici (interni sau externi) in procesul de colectare
? Colaboreaza cu agentiile externe de colectare

Cerinte

? Mobilitate si disponibilitate pentru munca de teren, precum si pentru evenimentele neprevazute pe care le implica munca pe teren si vizitele la clientii bancii: atitudine refractara, agresiva, eventuale amenintari
? Abilitati excelente de negociere si persuasiune - abilitatea de a putea purta discutii cu clientii cu nivel educational redus, rabdarea de a le expune consecintele in caz de neplata
? Dezvoltate abilitati de comunicare - exprimare coerenta, abilitatea de a exprima ferm cerintele catre clienti, fara a ii intimida sau ofensa
? Absolvent studii medii sau superioare
? Experienta in domeniul financiar-bancar de minimum 1 an
? Cunostinte despre domeniul bancar, cunostinte generale despre produsele si serviciile bancii/ toate produsele si serviciile bancare
? Cunostinte economice si financiare
? Experienta in negocierile cu clientii
? Permis de conducere - categorie B
? Operare PC
