In 1990, Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) was established by taking over the commercial business of the National Bank of Romania (NBR). That moment marked the starting point of the new banking system creation in Romania. BCR has initially been focused on the corporate sector but in the recent years it has strongly developed its retail activities becoming the leader of this market sector as well.

BCR, member of Erste Bank Group, is today the most important Romanian financial group, with diversified domestic and international activities via subsidiaries and agencies, being an outstanding player of the capital, leasing, insurance and asset management markets through the specialised companies of the BCR Group. BCR owns domestic subsidiaries to cover the main non-banking financial services, namely insurance, leasing, asset management and brokerage. This ensures a better satisfaction of customers? demands and positions BCR well as the banking environment consolidates.

BCR owns also banking subsidiaries in London ? The Anglo ? Romanian Bank Limited, having a EUR 100 million share capital and branches in Frankfurt and Bucharest - and in the Republic of Moldavia - BCR Chisinau Branch, as well as a representative office in Moscow.

BCR is the leading bank in Romania, managing assets of almost EUR 12 billion. The bank has 473 branches and agencies throughout the country, with outlets in most towns and cities with over 10,000 inhabitants. The bank provides its customers with Internet banking, mobile banking and e-commerce services, has 22 types of debit and credit cards and owns the largest domestic ATM network ? over 1,300 ATMs and 9,800 points-of-sale terminals.

Descrierea postului

? Analizeaza si monitorizeaza produsele si serviciile bancare de retail din oferta bancii din punct de vedere al: volumelor de vanzari, profitabilitatii si al produselor similare oferite de concurenta. Calculeaza profitabilitatea pe canale de distributie si propune masuri de imbunatatire a acesteia;
? Analizeaza nevoile de produse si servicii ale clientilor retail ai bancii;
? Proiecteaza produse noi conform cerintelor clientilor, segmentelor de clienti in domeniul produselor de pasiv retail din oferta bancii: conturi curente, pachete de produse si servicii aferente contului de economii, produse de economisire/investire ? depozite la termen, certificate de depozit etc. Efectueaza analize cost-profit pe tipuri de produse;
? Adapteaza si imbunatateste produsele de pasiv existente la nevoile clientilor retail si in functie de produsele similare ale concurentei;
? Urmareste ciclul de viata al produselor in vederea imbunatatirii/ retragerii produselor existente;
? Analizeaza si scoate din oferta produsele si serviciile neeconomice, in baza analizelor de profitabilitate si a monitorizarii vanzarilor;
? Analizeaza si stabileste sistemul de tarifare si comisionare a produselor de pasiv retail din oferta bancii: conturi curente, pachete de produse si servicii aferente contului de economii, produse de economisire/ investire ? depozite la termen, certificate de depozit etc.;
? Analizeaza si propune politica de dobanzi in domeniul produselor de pasiv retail din oferta bancii: conturi curente, pachete de produse si servicii aferente contului de economii, produse de economisire/ investire ? depozite la termen, certificate de depozit etc.;
? Proiecteaza produse standard pe tipuri de sucursale retail si monitorizeaza performantele managerilor de produs retail;
? Monitorizeaza, analizeaza si armonizeaza produsele si serviciile oferite de subsidiare;
? Colaboreaza la definirea campaniilor de promovare si coopereaza cu Directia Marketing in domeniile: Direct Marketing, managementul campaniilor de marketing si cautare si colectare date si informatii.

Cerinte

? Studii economice superioare de lunga durata;
? Minim 2 ani experienta in domeniul bancar;
? Cunostinte avansate de operare PC (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
? Limba engleza ? nivel avansat (certificarile si atestatele reprezinta un avantaj);
? Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare si lucru in echipa;
? Persoana foarte riguroasa si organizata;
? Capacitate foarte buna de analiza si sinteza;
? Memorie foarte buna si atentie la detalii;
