Arctic is the largest local manufacturer of white goods as well as leader of its industrial field in Romania and our employees benefit from intensive training and development programs.The Arctic company was established in 1968, having as main activity the production of refrigerating appliances. The company was privatized in 1997, and in 2002 the Arçelik Group became its main shareholder and the initiator of some of the most dynamic changes in the history of the company. Arçelik A.S., the largest industrial corporation in the private sector in Turkey, ranges among the most important 3 European producers of household appliances. Arçelik has invested 35 million EUR after Arctic’s taking over, and as a result, all the indicators have increased three times. The company’s turnover reached 164 million EUR in the first 9 months of 2007, the production capacity increased to 1,075,000 units, while the exports represented 70% out of the local production.The greatest achievement of the company was the brand extension in 2003, which leaded to the obtaining of the position of leader on the household appliances. In September 2004, Arctic launched the TV sets range on the market, which meant the entry of the Arctic brand on the Romanian electronics market.Arctic has the largest range of household products – 80 products, aiming to the modern buyers, who want quality and reliability, guaranteed by a brand with over 36 years of expertise.

Descrierea postului

- High responsibility to deliver the brand objectives: market share and brand image indicators; - Develop and implement brand strategy through excellent integrated communication plans ( ATL / BTL / PR / interactive) and efficient budget management; - Propose and contributes in developing the online brand strategy; develop and maintain the web sites dedicates to our products;- Lead the design and implementation of all brand activities with the internal partners, agencies and suppliers; - Master competition monitoring, market & consumer understanding; - Evaluates the efficiency of the communication plans and propose improved measures; supervise the marketing budget for the assigned projects.


- Professional experience in brand management at least 2 years;- Experience in online campaigns is an important advantage;- Very good English knowledge;- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point;- University degree;- Open-mind, organized person;- Good communication skills and result oriented person
