For our client, one of the fastest growing beauty companies, leading multinational company that uses direct selling, we are looking for:1 Area Sales Manager for Brasov (will coordinate Brasov, Mures, Harghita, Sibiu and Covasna counties) 1 Area Sales Manager for Iasi (will coordinate Suceava, Botosani, Neamt, Iasi, Bacau, Vaslui and Vrancea counties)

Prime Responsibilities:· Develop and improve the relationship between Beauty Consultants and the Company;· Contribute to building up a strong Sales team;· Build up an effective network including training, motivating and evaluating the consultants’ activities;· Increase the number of clients and coordinators in line with annual sales and profitability targets;· Visit consultants and coordinators periodically to cater customer needs and ensure high satisfaction;· Conduct Business Planning Sessions with the sales team; · Be very active in fieldwork – company events. Personal Attributes / Skills:· At least 1 -2 years experience in sales, preferably in Direct Sales / Network Marketing· A conversational level of English is mandatory (interviews will be held in English)· Valid driving license, active driver· Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications· Advanced training / coaching / teaching skills· Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills
